At Prathami X, we are committed to delivering quality products. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

 

7-Day Replacement Policy

 

We offer a free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Items are missing from your package.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

How to Request a Replacement

To help us process your request quickly, please email us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended for damaged or missing-item claims)


Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Replacement Is Not Available For

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been used beyond inspection

Returns & Refunds

As a small business, we currently do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.


Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A replacement cannot be arranged, or
  • The order cannot be fulfilled, or
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
